Kendriya Vidyalaya, Artillery Centre, Nasik Road Camp is one of the oldest Kendriya Vidyalayas established in the year 1963 under Defence Sector. The school is situated 3 km away from Nashik Road Railway Station. The school is surrounded by greenery creating an atmosphere of peace and serenity which is very important for the mental and physical development of the children.The school has its own building with separate primary and secondary wing. The Vidyalaya has I to XII classes with approximately 1400 students and 64 well qualified and dedicated staff. The school has a pleasant atmosphere for overall development of the students. One block comprises of the Primary wing and other block consists of administrative offices and secondary classes with other infrastructure facilities such as laboratories, library, and CCA hall.

Established in the year 1963, Kendriya Vidyalaya Artillery Centre Nasik Road Camp caters to the educational needs of the children of floating population like the employees of central govt. offices, defense personnel, ex-service men and other transferable employees liable for frequent transfers.
KVK library is fully automated with the library software i.e. e-Granthalaya 3.0. KV NRC library at present have a collection of over 7000 books and subscribes to 26 magazines and five newspapers. To motivate maximum utilisation of library resources, various competitions and activities are organised every year.
